Shred Diet Meal Plan For Sunday 8-4-14

Today was a little different for me. Although  I was hungry I did not eat much.  Maybe its because I’m using My Fitness Pal to track my calories. They do say  a food diary help you stay on task when trying to lose weight.

So here’s my meals for the day:

Cherries with regular Milk








Left overs from yesterday dinner: Bake Chicken (8oz) I know that’s a little more than the recommend 40z. And I had the rest of the cabbage


I had lots of them, but in moderation.”

Kirkland (Costco Brand) Peanut Butter Pretzels (Only 140 calories per serving, and I had 1 serving.
Dill Veggie Dip with a few chips.
