Today I had the entire day off from work. I went to the gym early, and burned 480 calories on the treadmill.
I enjoyed all my meals today, and was not hungry at any time during the day.
I missed my fourth meal because I was very full from dinner. Instead I had a bag of popcorn and enjoy a movie.
My Day 6 Shred Diet Menu:
Breakfast Meal #1: 9:00
2 Egg Whites with Green Peppers and Onions
2 Slices of 100% Whole Wheat Bread
Snack #1: 11:30
1/2 oz Planters Nutrition Heart Healthy Mix – 80 Calories
Lunch Meal #2: 12:30
12 0z Smoothie: Jamba All Natural Smoothie Orange Dream, made with Pineapple Juice
Snack #2: 3:30pm
Kaski Trail Mix Chewy Granola Bar
Meal #3: 6:15pm
Chicken Breast with Brown Rice and Vegetable Mix
1 Cup Pineapple Juice
Dinner Meal #4: Skipped this meal I was not hungry
Extra Snack 2: 9:30
1 Bag Pop Secret 100 Calorie Pop
