Shred Diet Recipe: Mixed Vegetables with Black Beans

Mixed Vegetables with Black Beans

1 cup Mix Vegetables
1/2 cup Cooked Black Beans
1/2 tsp  I Can’t Believe its Butter
1/2 tsp Original Blend Salt Free Mrs Dash
Optional: Salt and Pepper

Add two tablespoons of water to a microwavable bowl, add  Mix Vegetables cover and cook for 5-6 minutes. Drain water after cooking.

Wash Black Bean, heat in microwave for 30 seconds, when done add to bowl with Mix Vegetables

Add butter, Mrs Dash and toss.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
